Creative has been designed for cnc controlled high precision vertical honing machine(SSVA-550).This type honing machine specially suitable for All types of cylinder liner and Cylinder Blocks.

IMPORTANT FEATURES OF HONING MACHINE

  1. Honing machine is fully controlled by mitsubishi control system.
  2. Honing m/c is providing with Auto sizing facility which measures the bore with honing.
  3. Honing m/c provided with linear indexing table driven by servo motor.
  4. 2 No’s fixture are provided so that one can be used for honing operation and other one can be used for loading the component
  5. Axial clamping facility is given to hone the wet liners (sleeve).
  6. Advance coolant filtration system is adopted which eliminate magnetic separator. coolant chiller is also provided.
  7. Hydraulic chiller is provided for the power pack to avoid heating of the oil.
  8. Spindle stroking is given by servomotor which enable as to control the stroking in microns
  9. Stroke Length up to 550mm
  10. Attractive, long-life, low-maintenance stainless steel enclosure provides a clean working environment and ensures operator safety.
